Shipping
Shipping is provided through the UPS delivery service and the United States Postal Service. Most items purchased from the site are delivered within 3 to 4 working days to your destination. We also provide faster shipping at a higher cost if you require delivery sooner than 48 hours. Your products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order, assuming the products are in stock. If they are unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact via your e-mail address provided at check-out or a phone call to the number you provided at check-out.
Returns
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with our products! Therefore, we'll accept returns from you within 5 days from our recieving date. On all returns we give a full refund less the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Follow these three steps:
1. E-mail the customer service and tell them which products you would like to return. The customer service department will e-mail you a return confirmation. Please have you odrer number available when you call or email.
2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the e-mail sent to the customer service department as well as a copy of the return confirmation e-mail you receive.
3. Send your purchase back to the address listed below by any method you wish. You are responsible for the cost of this shipping.

Immediately after we have received and inspected your package you will get your complete refund, less a 15% restocking fee AND less the original shipping costs, processed. You should see your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your returned products.
